"Extremely rude staff. The doctor there was being extremely rude and unprofessional towards my mother and cousin . He is so irritable to the point where he was SCREAMING at his patients for simple questions. They are not friendly and rather aggressive towards people who don’t speak English fluently. Additionally, they also refused to give refund despite saying they would earlier. NEVER go here unless you want to get scammed and yelled at."
"the staff, my office experience every time is always pleasant and enjoyable. But there is always a BUT in everything. The only thing I dislike is the wait time of getting my approval from the Insurances. Which l really can't say who is or where the delay is. I waited almost a year before I heard back from them. That was my first visit and it never happened again."
"This place has seriously been horrible horrible. The manager Janet. Janet was really rude excessively rude and she also canceled an appointment for my daughter which was an emergency appointment and also canceled my appointment as well. Well what time are you going to come it's not that I was irate it's that I was in pain and I had an appointment at 12:40 on Wednesday and my daughter had an appointment at 9:00 on Wednesday and she canceled both of them. I don't understand why but she was extremely rude about it and hung up. If this is the intro to this facility this is the introduction that we get, this is not a place that you want to visit. I would rather go with another dentist then to go with this place and I'd advise everybody that is looking at this review to do the same. Extremely rude if that's what you're looking for then go to this dentist if you want some sympathy somebody to actually understand what tooth pain is really like and then you go to somewhere that does care because I promise you this place does not care at all."
"I absolutely love the new location. I’ve been a patient at Cornerstone Dental for quite some time, I believe I found Dr. Roy Shim over 10 years ago. Needless to say I am very pleased with the dental care provided to myself and my child. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to ensure comfort and convenience. I highly recommend Dr. Shim and his staff to anyone who is in need of a dentist and/or orthodontist."
