"Office staff was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at home. Dr Du was patient, caring and explained what needed to be done. The person that outlined the financial end of things made it clear, concise, working with my individual circumstances and setting up appointments needed. My experience was overwhelmingly outstanding."
"My girlfriend had an appointment today at 9 in morning & the dentist Dr.du did not give time for the numbing to properly take full effect causing major pain and discomfort. When he was checking to see if she was numb he was breaking the tooth meanwhile saying otherwise & She kept mentioning that she can feel pain and sensitivity but He was rushing to get it over with & was getting angry and caused her to feel anxious & embarrassed for crying because she was in a lot of pain and didn’t even apologize or show any sympathy whatsoever. He was very rude and even ignored the DA when she asked if he was done with the patient &Walked away .This office seems to have to put up with & follow their doctors rudeness & rush to keep their jobs & I’m pretty sure it’s with every procedure they do. The DA even felt bad but couldn’t do much. I do not recommend."

"Came in for a general cleaning. Was 15 min early to my apartment. They took x-rays and the doctor said hello. After that, I waited for over an hour in that seat... I eneded up going to the front desk to let them know I need to reschedule due to them not keeping their scheduled appointment with me. I told them I'm only here for a general cleaning and they then told me they will NOT give me a general cleaning and instead I would need to pay >$300 after insurance for a "deep cleaning". I don't want a deep cleaning, I wanted a cleaning my insurance will cover. I recommend going to a dentist office that values your time and not makes you wait for over an hour to try to up sell you on a service you don't want. To top it off.... while I was sitting for over an hour, I couldn't help but notice the tools they were going to use on me someday looked un-clean.... I took a photo, have a look."
