"This review is specifically for the blonde girl who helped me out today - I didn't catch her name, but this is the third Sherwin-Williams location in town I've been to recently and the first person who seemed actually happy to help me and able to give advice. I was waiting for my 14-year-old dog to get out of surgery from the animal hospital up the street after a cancer diagnosis, hadn't showered in days and hadn't slept the night before and probably wasn't super pleasant to speak to in account of being a nervous wreck, but she treated me with the utmost kindness regardless. It's honestly been a while since I recall a retail employee being so pleasant. I know times are hard on everyone right now but it meant a lot to me."

"Need a color match? This is the place to go! I brought in a flagpole bracket from the side of my house. Using a gizmo called the Eye, they determined the color components, then whipped up a batch of paint, painted a small area of the bracket, showed it to me, and I said. “Where?” A perfect match!"

"I’m basing the review solely based on how this situation was handled. Bought five gallons. The color given was wrong, luckily we did not mix the five gallons in with the other paint we had. If not we would have sprayed it out and had to respray wait for it to dry to fix. Being that the job was 30 min away. It was an hour wasted there and back on top of the two guys waiting around. On top of having a deadline with a client that has furniture to move in and the ceiling was the last thing to start cleaning up the site. Ryan admitted fault, apologized and said there was nothing more he could do. Being a small business owner or even if it was for personal use. Time was lost and money. Between gas and work. This reminded me of how out of touch the business to customer feeling is. Zero help, just an apology. Why give them business? If they are just going to delay yours."
