"I shop here all the time for tools and stuff for the house and car tools. Interesting story while I was shopping today, the power went out and the emergency lights came on for a little while. Surprisingly I was able to finish my shopping and pay with a credit card. Whoever set up the emergency systems in this place did a good job."

"My husband recently purchased a 26 gal Fortress compressor. It’s a very nice upright unit but when he tried to utilize it, didn’t work. He called customer support. We were advised to return the compressor for a replacement. We returned it to the North Tucson location. The whole process was seamless. Upon entering the store, Richard H. greeted us & asked how he could help. He’s an amazing representative for Harbor Freight. There was another HF employee but I don’t have her name. She helped during the process also. Fabulous customer service! I highly recommend this location & greatly appreciate the assistance we received!"

"As usual, I have a project in mind and was looking for the right tool. Didn't see it on the shelves but I asked up getting and someone pulled it from the back. The right tool @ the right price. I come here to get my first whatever. It gives me time to learn a tool at a reasonable price. If it's not something I use often, no big financial expense. For example, I bought my first reciprocating saw at HF and used it for over five years of projects before passing it off to someone else."
