"I dropped my car off for a timing belt replacement. I mentioned to Eric that my car is burning oil too. Eric suggested that I replace the motor. I let him find a used motor for a good price. After he put the used motor in, he left my steering wheel crooked. I took it back and Eric said he'll correct it. They called me the next day and said my car is ready. However it was still crooked. Eric never test drove my car to make sure it was fixed. Waste of time and gas to drive down there. Also, I noticed my car was leaking. I took the car back and he finally fixed the steering wheel, and told me my rack and pinion is leaking. I didnt believe him because it wasnt leaking before. Nevertheless I told him to replace it. He charged $1,400. I took the car home and it was still leaking. I decided I had enough and decided not to go back because I didnt want to deal with them. My car was in their shop for a month at this point. Recently, I took my car to another mechanic and he cleaned all the oil from under my car. He said the leak is coming from the oil pan and the crankshaft seal. So, I basically paid "Eric the scumbag" to replace the rack n pinion for no reason. Cost me $1,400. Eric didn't take the time to make sure where my leak was coming from. Not to mention Dalia doesnt return calls, she doesnt return emails, she's hands down the worst receptionists I've ever dealt with. She doesn't do her job. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a little money."
