Sam, my service advisor, was super thorough and easy to work with. I went in for AC service and an alignment but ended up having to swap out some tie rods and idler arm before it could be aligned. They were totally supportive of me swapping the parts myself and bringing it back. I have my own equipment at home and wanted to save a few dollars.
