"Had 6 pallets of roofing delivered in Foothills I ordered. Was charged $156 for pallets. When I returned them for my $156 refund the only gave me $104. Told me there was a $10 per pallet charge for usage. Such a terrible way to rip people off! Ordered a lot of roofing and trusses there! SEE YA! Hello Foxworth!!!"

"I rather not say much. Only that the lumber I ordered was not delivered the promised day and set us back on our back patio roof project... quite disappointing. Finally, day later my lumber order came in and more disappointment: the wood looks like 2nd hand, chipped, cracked, you name it. I will never by wood again without seeing what I'm buying. 84 lumber has low prices but very low quality as well."
"It was my first time in the 84 Lumber store. When I walked up to the counter to seek assistance I was completely ignored by the store employees. I stood in front of them for about five minutes waiting to be acknowledged, but it seemed as if I was invisible. I felt very upset being ignored so I walked out the store. After a while I decided to attempt once more. This time I expressed slight anger and it worked. An employee came and tended my needs. I am giving them a review of three stars because I managed to acquire what I needed ,however, the customer service must improve significantly."
"Our house double pane windows purchased through 84, have begun to fail, with seal leakage. During times if day shows cloudy distortions. Agent and Gen. Mrg. seemed interested in standing behind them, at first, but as time went by, over 18 months, now won't call back anymore, when they say they will."
