Giovanni helped me determine the battery was bad, get the warranty information even replace the old battery. He was very pleasant and a delight to deal with. He turned what was a stressful situation for me into a total positive experience."

"I haven't used this location yet, but I am excited to finally have a Batteries+ in Yuma. I have always had excellent experiences and service from Batteries+. One time I needed a new Key Fob for my Tundra, they were easily 1/2 the cost of any other provider and did not charge the programming fee."

"Didnt have what I needed and wanted to charge 10 times the price available online to order it with a 10 day eta. Had absolutely 0 knowledge of other places in town where i might acquire said battery and sent me on a bit of a goosechase. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is the clerk was polite and appeared to be attempting to be helpful. Overall very frustrating experience."
