"Been treated pretty poorly most times I go in, such as being told I'm not smart enough to understand the codes from the ECU, but last time I bought a motor mount over the phone, (it wasn't special order, they had it in stock) and I got there and it was a junk part. They wouldn't let me get a refund, only offered to order another of their junk, and I needed the car fixed that day. I installed the part anyway but sure enough it's already toast just a few months later."
"Big ole shout out to Nancy!! Our alternator pooped out us as we stopped for dinner in Yuma! We got a jump and made it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic. Nancy helped us in a pinch! Did all she could! Bless her heart. We were able to get our rig from Auto Zone to a dealership for the part! Nancy let us take up space in the parking lot and ultimately made us feel safe! She really helped diffuse our anxiety and formulate our next step. Glad to have stopped by for help! Would recommend this place to any and all!"
"Had some battery / alternator issues on our 350 transit (105k miles) and popped in right before the store closed. Nancy was super helpful, like one of those people who gives you hope for humanity. She was knowledgeable and friendly - even going so far as calling up a friend to give us a jump. Unfortunately we couldn’t solve the issue but we’ll be taking care of things in the morning at the dealership. But Nancy helped get us running temporarily and we super appreciated it!"
