"By far the worst costumer service i’ve experienced. Girl with curly hair and has a tattoo on her arm works at night gave me the worst attitude over a question I had about a coupon. Did not give her a reason to give me attitude. I hope she will be talked to about this because that is certainly not a way to talk to costumers. Not sure if she was a manager but definitely not giving a good image to the restaurant. First time going to this dairy queen and definitely my last."
"I normally don’t rate a restaurant this bad but this is bad the food is not terrible but I don’t understand how I ordered a burger online and when I get there to pick it up I had to wait another 23 minutes for one burger this is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced how is this place still open"
"So far every time I have come here, the food has been great, the people have been amazing and the service was wonderful. Today I came through for a usual couple of items and as per normal it was on point. Many kudos to the hard working crew, now I know this seems simple but I asked for a plain burger patty, a lot of places for some reason can't figure this out along with no ice in my drink. Never a problem here they even spotted me a pup cup for my dog which I highly appreciate. Keep up the good work."
