Jersey Mike's Subs

"I ordered up two subs.. got what I wanted on them except for the BLACK HAIR!! No one wants to open up a sandwich and find someone's hair! Nets people, put all your hair up, not just the back. Facial hair should have to be covered. Gonna be hard to convince my kid to go back."

"There is a very friendly, professional, fun atmosphere in this store. All of the employees are very friendly and hard-workers, with Great attitudes. Food was excellent. So tasty. The manager, Casey, was yelled at by an angry foreigner, that didn't speak English very well, really cussing up a storm and not wanting to pay for the food their family just received because he said that the employees had made fun of his wife. He hadn't heard what the employee said, but he knew it was making fun of his wife. He yelled and yelled and refused to pay for a long time. But Casey talked to the man so patiently, offered an apology. He told the man that he hadn't heard what the employee had actually said, and assured the man that he had not been talking bad about his wife. Things cooled off, the man finally paid his bill, and the family went on their way. Fire extinguished. Awkward situation! But well handled. We'll be back soon!"

"I ordered a mini tuna sandwich, which they cut off the end of a bigger roll (measured to match the handle of a knife). I eat at jersey mikes shops around the country - for the past 20 years - and the size was shockingly small. Then the tuna was painted in a super-thin coat. When I was asked “anything else on your sandwich?” I responded with “more tuna?” Receiving a blank stare. Poor quality management. Poor customer response. Poor management and training. Jersey Mikes is supposed to be better than this shop. I’ll try the one across town next time."

"While I have been to several Jersey Mike's locations, this particular one trains their employees pretty well. Always greeting, and asking how my day is, but also going further and asking if I am doing anything fun that day. This is not a single one time occurrence. This happens almost every time I go in. The food is consistent and the atmosphere is consistent."

"I love Jersey Mike's. The place was super clean. There was a bit of a line, but don't worry, it goes fast and it's well worth the wait. I ordered the roast beef and provolone on white bread with sea salt chips and a diet Pepsi. I love the smell of the Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and am always tempted to get one, but I just love thier Roast Beef sandwich too much to pass up. They have both bottled drinks and fountain drinks, and several chip options to choose from. The combo is an economical way to go."
