"Very poor service from this cashier. She pretty much threw food in the bags... including eggs. She double scanned multiple items and when she was told that she double scanned she denied it. One star for her, the other two are for Sherry who came over to assist us by looking through the receipt and refunding us the item that she double scanned."
"This store is so nice. Clean, friendly and well stocked. I go there every month to pay my COX & SRP BILLS. It's so easy. The SRP bill doesn't have a service charge. The COX bill has a $1.50 service charge. Which I think is very reasonable."
"Mostly always a decent experience, as I go often and staff recognizes me and my family. Tonight experience was great- until I needed help from LaToya. I completed check out, and wanted to but additional items from behind the customer service counter. I greet the cashier with a smile and a "hi there" and she stares at me blankly. I ask if I could ask her to get my items and she asked "what do you need". I state I am trying to get cigarettes and liquor and she puts her hand up, and begins to twist it in a *hurry up* motion and repeats "what do you neeeed?" I take a step back and just say" I'll just go somewhere else" and she snaps "fine by me, all cause I ask what do you need" Oof. First of all, if you, the worker, upset someone...do not continue to antagonize the situation..shhh. Secondly, it isn't because you asked. It was because of the WAY you asked, with the attitude and hand movement. Third, you are well past the age where attitude like that is acceptable or even expected. I greeted you with a smile and you treated me like an inconvenience. Don't appreciate the lack of customer service from LATOYA, and only her. Every other worker is helpful. But after spending 150 dollars her tonight alone, to be talked to that way, really doesn't sit right with me."
