Walmart Neighborhood Market

"I have worked in Customer service type jobs over 20 plus years and I just wanted to let Cashier Danny's manger know what a great employee he has Not only very efficient and thoughtful the way he handled checking out and bagging my groceries .But was smiling and friendly and nice to talk to. He had a very positive aditude and thats not always the kind of help I get. I hope that you treat him as well as he deserves. From a very happy Customer! I checked out about 2:45 Saturday afternoon with him on register 1."

"I had a cart full of groceries so I went to the line with a cashier with the light on but no cashier was present as I started to unload groceries. I looked over and 15 feet away was 2 girls hanging out just chatting away not paying any attention. I was in a hurry so I rushed over to self checkout and starting scanning but the scanner was only halfway working and the bags were all stuck together and not properly installed. Since the scale wouldn’t work, finally in frustration I said “Are you kidding me!?” A younger cashier who had been standing there just watching me struggle finally came over and instead of solving the problem, proceeded to argue with the other cashier. I told them I needed to just be transferred to a working terminal and then they argued about that until I finally grabbed everything and just moved to another lane. And now that I’m home, I’m making dinner and realize that my noodles I bought are covered in mold. Self checkout is a joke and employees need to do their job and stop making the customer scan and bag their groceries!!! Horrible experience all around!"

"Holy Christmas music, Batman! The music in store was obnoxiously loud, and when I was getting into my car I could still hear the music from the lot. I feel for the people living across the street, and I really feel for the employees. They might want to be able to hear in their off time..."

"I was in this part of town for an appointment, so I decided to stop at this little Neighborhood Mart on my way home. The staff was very friendly, very cheerful. Loved how it wasn't all too busy like the SuperStores. Met a nice old lady there, just a nice shopping experience. It was very clean and organized, fresh food, and also found a few things I can not locate in other stores. Win win!"

"It’s a great Walmart to go to when everything else is closed. However if there’s still daylight I suggest going elsewhere. More than once we have gotten fruit platters that are molded, some of the produce is beautiful and ripe while some of it is obviously bad, the selection is lacking. The staff are friendly though."
