"The pharmist at this location has always been very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns 8 have had. The staff have always been very kind and patient when I call and when meds are picked up. From my research on why delays or mistakes, ALL big pharmacies have been dealing with ths due to staff shortages since covid. I only feel empathy and thankfulness for the staff because they have always been kind and work nonstop to try and meet the demands of prescription refills, which have increased for various reasons since covid. It is also much busier in the winter months due to sickness and many winter visitors who come here. I felt the need to write this because we have witnessed people make scenes and being unkind to the pharmists and staff who have been working beyond hard all day-please research thi. I have only experienced and witnessed great customer service. So as a long time customer of CVS on Val Vista and University I thank you!"

"This place told me I could not fill my prescription because of my insurance and then I found out that they were not right and it would cover it!! Took forever to get it transferred to a different pharmacy!!! Worst part was it said my prescription was ready on their website and when I drove all the way to the pharmacy that’s when they said they would not fill it!!! Pls be honest with your customers!! At least call the insurance company and find out!! 2 days later I’m still waiting for my medication!!!"

"If you are looking for delays and problems getting your prescriptions this is the place for you. I had my dr. apt on Friday. My dr. sent my prescriptions over during my appointment. I went by cvs later in the day and was told they haven't recieved them. My dr. sent them over twice more. Saturday morning after packing up the car and getting ready to head out for a family vacation I went by again and still nothing. My dr. tried twice more on Saturday, 4 times on Monday and 2 times on Tuesday. Finally on the 3rd try on Tuesday they finally got them. Excited to catch up with my family and enjoy the rest of the week with them I went by to pick up my order. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when I was told they wouldn't be ready until 4-5pm. I went from a week away with family to now having just 2.5 days. At least I'll get to drive home with them. If you can wait several days for your meds this place is great but if you need them now you should go somewhere else."

"I picked up a prescription at the drive through this afternoon and I did not get my credit card back. My credit card was more important than the RX. This CVS DOES NOT have a secure way to transport a credit card to drive through!!! It all just lays loose in that area where there should be a tube to securely hold everything. The next best thing they could have done is to have secured it in the bag where the RX was secured. I went back to check on my card, was told he put it in with the other papers, only I don't have my card!!!!! Now I can go through getting a new number, We all know what a pain that is. If I had gone in and exposed all their customers to my terrible cough, I would still have my credit card, but out of respect for others, I chose not to do that."
