"I never write reviews for anything but this visit was absolutely annoying. The managers in this place are so incredibly disrespectful to their employees. I was in line to get checked out and the manager ( short tattooed guy acts like he’s 7 feet tall when in reality he’s like 4’11) was yelling at all his employees about scrubbing the floors in front of all the customers, walking them through each aisle and scolding them about stains on the ground right next to the customers and it was just so sad because they seemed genuinely scared of him. That is not the way to be a leader. Just because you’re a manager doesn’t allow you to disrespect the people that do all the work for you. I also found a pair of American eagle jeans that didn’t have a tag on them, the cashier went to ask that same manager and in the loudest tone he says “at least $25. American eagle jeans are at least $160” like sir I have never spend more than $70 on brand new American eagle jeans you need to relax. You work for a thrift store and donation company and you look like you buy your jeans from baby gap so idk if you have a say. I don’t know who gave him a leadership position in the company but that man needs to be humbled."
"My cousin passed away a few months ago, and I had found out today that my aunt had downsized her things including a painting I’d made for my cousin, and left it at a goodwill. I went to 4 different stores, and finally found it here. Every employee I interacted with today at all locations were kind, supportive, understanding, and wanted to help me find it. Thank you so much, to all of you for going out of your way to help me find it. It means so, so much to me. The painting wasn’t damaged, and I appreciate all of you."
"Easily the highest priced goodwill in E valley Smaller store so not a huge selection. Employees are friendly however."
