Sonic Drive-In

"Gave us wrong order for 3 simple items 2 burgers and tots. To make matters worse my toddler and I ended up getting FOOD POISONING later into the night! I know it was either the burger or the chili cheese tots that made us sick. Take the time to drive out to any other sonic. Not worth the bad service and a potential to get sick afterwards!"

"Payed for extra honey mustard, was not in bag. Called us a liar and tried to charge us for extra even tho i already paid for extra. Fries were also old. Very hard and cold even right after the drive thru"

"Worst time and meal ever! Food was completely cold right out of the kitchen. The orders were completely wrong multiple times. Then order shakes. Parts of there equipment wasn’t working inside. So we couldn’t order what we wanted. Then they didn’t have half the shakes since she said that’s all they had. They brought the wrong shakes out 2 times. Credit card machine didn’t work. When we asked them to correct the shake. Also when my dad asked for hot, not cold tater tots. We got attitude from the employees. It was disappointing!"

"More often than not this location is a miss and not a hit. They seem to drop the ball every time I order. If you place a mobile order for ASAP, you can guarantee that it's going to take at least 30 minutes to get your food. I'm also not sure why every employee does this, but when they deliver your food they never ask if you need anything else or wait to make sure you have everything you need. They are always in a hurry to get back inside which is the only fast thing they do. I've had spoons, straws, and sauces missing plenty of times. A real bummer for your mozzarella sticks/onion rings etc. Small acts of customer service goes a long way. Employees don't even acknowledge how long it takes for you to get your food. Most of them seem to have an attitude where they don't give two rips about your experience. Did I mention that you can also count on your shake or blast to be wrong about 50% of the time. Heck even one time the shake base was sour. I want to like this place. Especially when it's one of the only fast food locations in downtown buckeye. But I will avoid going here and will drive the extra 15 minutes to Watson for a different option. This location is falling apart."

"I’ve never had an experience where the food was not edible?!… I mean I couldn’t find an edible piece on the chicken sandwich. It literally was rubber! I don’t waste food I find it inconsiderate of others in need but I wouldn’t even have given that chicken sandwich to someone. The worst I’ve experience I’ve ever had."
