"This place is amazing. Josh went out of his way to find us Zombies merchandise, even going into the back and pulling out old stock. Nikita and Stacy were so nice and friendly. They have made us Party City customers for life"
"Super disappointed in the stress they added to my baby's first birthday party. I just wanted some balloons I bought from Amazon inflated. Come to find out if I spend a certain amount, I can get free delivery. So I scheduled it and cancelled my friend picking up the balloons. Well, halfway into our delivery window I call to confirm and it turns out, their delivery driver never showed. They were "trying to find someone" but the girl on the phone promised to deliver them herself if nobody arrived by 11. I call at 11:30 to see where she was and they were "loading the balloons into another driver's van". This means my balloons would now be 1.5 hours late, arrive during the party leaving me no time to set up. I don't have the money to be spending on balloons that don't get delivered on time or can even be set up. They were the primary focus of my decor and this layer of stress was unnecessary. I don't recommend. If you say you're going to do something, aka deliver or bring them yourself, you better follow through and figure it out OR offer something to the client. I was told I can cancel the delivery and get my money back, which who is going to do that the day of their party?"
"I'm mostly happy about my balloon purchase. I bought the rainbow cloud for my son's 3rd birthday and he loved all the rainbows. The confetti balloons were beautiful but didn't stay floating for more than about 6 hours. I guess I should have paid the exes $.15 for the "hi-float" per balloon Stacy tried to upsell. Lucky for me, my toddler didn't mind. He was just happy in general. I'm planning on stuffing the cloud whenever it goes flat and hang out in my son's room. We both loved it so much."
"Vanessa the associate who helped us was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Their selection of party supplies is quite extensive. We were planning a surprise celebration, complete with balloons, candles, etc. They had everything we were looking for and at great prices. The balloon arrangement was incredible."
