"I’m normally not one to write a review positive or negative, but I ordered some balloons from here and they did an amazing job putting them together in a consistent and coordinated way. It really helped my party come together and I didn’t even ask for specifics I literally just placed an order for like 40 balloons and they added in their own creativity. My party was February 17th, 2024 so shout out to whoever was working balloons that day."
"It was great! My online order was easy to do. The order was ready when I arrived. The store is nicely organized."
"Whole place kinda sucks. Layout makes no sense. Bunches of decorations marked at the wrong price. Those same decorations were in the wrong area. The three employees that served us were snarky. When asked to move the sign and decorations, met with attitude and rudeness. Not even offered a bag. When suggesting moving the wrongly placed sign, she said it was "there for a reason" in a very piss poor tone. Their communication sucks. Overall, I can stand the poor organization. But when it comes to their aggressive behavior, I draw the line. Try service with a smile."
