We met with Kris who gave us a run through of rubs and sauces and even gave us a few tips for smoking. Unfortunately we don't live in the area for the weekly classes but we did get to sample some rack of lamb they had just finished making and it was PHENOMENAL. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in town! ❤️"

Update went back to Over The Fire today for a Pastrami class. I have been to many shops in the valley. These guys do an exceptional job teaching new and even seasoned BBQ people what to do. How to do it and what is needed to get it done. Do yourself a favor. Go see these guys. Support small business. Especially when they do it 100% right!! Did a private event with Over the fire tonight. These guys are seriously exceptional. Cooked dinner, gave a private BBQ class and gave us some insight on smokers and BBQ's you cannot get better than these guys! Seriously exceptional!"
