"As soon as i get out of my truck and wLk to the door there is two secret shoppers that I know to be for sure secret shoppers get out of their car and then aggressively start following me around the store. I’m 6’7 African American that was profiled as soon as I got out of my truck. Not even to the door! Idc if they think imma steal because I never have my issue is don’t follow me it threatens me and I will protect myself. And yes don’t racially profile people! I work in corporate America and they profile less than this disgusting establishment. Don’t follow people"
"So I find the cats away my cat loves most right I think I’ve gotten probably bring my cat home. She’s scared she lost. She ran away and I got a bathroom I get out and my whole entire cart is gone big lots. Employees says they never touched it. So some other customer must’ve taken everything out of the cart and put it down somewhere so I searched the entire store as close to top to bottom as I could. It’s nowhere to be found the only toy I can bring my cat home with and it’s gone just gone and the big lesson please don’t seem too concerned"

"This big lot is huge. They have tons of furniture at great prices. They even have entertainment centers, fireplace heaters, and all other types of furniture as well. I have a pretty nice home decor section 2. This Big lots is very well stocked and has a little bit of everything. They have a great seasonal item selection as well"
