"I was so excited to have a 5 below close to home. The store is neat and clean. However I am in a wheelchair. As soon as my husband wheeled me in the store my chair was stuck and my foot that is healing from flesh eating bacteria was slammed to the floor. The separation from sideway to inside was harsh. And what’s worse is the manager was standing literally 5 feet from me and didn’t even respond or offer to help. The isles were tight that my chair was tight to get through. I had to back up a lot. I could deal with that, but getting in the store and the manager was terrible."
