"I made an online order for curbside pickup tonight. I arrived a few minutes before closing, but I couldn't get a good enough cell connection to confirm that I had arrived. Since the store wasn't supposed to close until 10, I decided to walk in to pick up my order. Whoever was closing tonight, March, 20th had pulled down the security gate already, even though it wasn't 10 yet. They clearly saw me in the window and did nothing. If your Google business profile says you close at 10, that doesn't man 9:30, 9:45, or 9:59. It means you're open for business AT ANY TIME BEFORE 10:00pm. I'll be canceling my online order. CVS is right across the street, it will be no trouble at all for me to go to them for my needs from now on."

"‘Surely’ you guys are busy but I could not get a hold of any human being. I have called 5x each time and at different times of the day for several days! After waiting for an infinite amount of time each time, the calls disconnect. Yet, I kept getting missed calls from this Walgreens! Healthcare insurance dictates our healthcare and my insurance will only let me fill at Walgreens. This is why patients fall through the cracks! It’s not patient compliance issue. I pay a lot of tax even though this is not Snotsdale! What is wrong with Laveen’s Walgreens?"

"Horrible should be shut down! They keep you on hold indefinitely. When people are sick and have questions about medicine, this practice should be considered criminal. Shame on you Walgreens! Picking up the phone and keeping someone hold is damaging to someone's mental health."

"The outside of the store is VERY DIRTY and the sidewalk is covered with bird feces. This means you not only track it into the store on your way in, you track it into your car when you leave. This is horrible and the store needs to do a better job keeping the place clean. There are people hanging around the parking lot and around the door of the store. It is hard to enter or exit without being asked for money for food. It makes me not want to shop here. The experience is not positive at all."

"Giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option. This has to be the WORST pharmacy in the existence of pharmacies and that is not an exaggeration. How can a pharmacy become such an issue and disappointment? This location needs to be closed down and buried. Customer service does not exist here and it is so sad that the community has to deal with such incompetent people. This pharmacy is a disgrace. If this pharmacy was In Scottsdale, this would never be the case. Walgreens and their pharmacies are such an embarrassment. This has been going on for months. Drive thru constantly closed. Short staff is wearing thin. What an embarrassment"
