"The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful.. I purchased a turtle a week or so ago but I wasn't sure I could have the turtle at home so I was undecisive about taking him but the lady helping me assured me I could return him if I couldn't keep him. The manager Refused me returning it even though I said I didn't even need a refund I just couldn't take care of him an was told I could return him. The manager lady Basically told me I was a liar because she "didn't teach her employees to do that" . I tried to explain the description of the person that helped me and even provide her with a receipt and she was completely unhelpful, she kept over talking me and was honestly just a bi**h. I just ended up leaving the turtle on the counter and walked away because I didn't know what else to do with the little guy and was originally assured I could bring it back. I would not recommend coming to this store if there's any possibility of you wanting to return or exchange anything because they're not helpful."
