Five Below

"Customer service was extremely lacking: there was no one in line but it took awhile for the staff members to acknowledge I was standing at the counter as they were all huddled around the grill talking together. The lack of professionalism in their responses was annoying, saying things way too quickly or asking “Huh?”. They asked me if I got my drinks already when I clearly hadn’t (again, I was the only one there). When I was given a drink holder, the bottom gave out as soon as I took it out of the car, spilling the soda I paid for. The food made me sick before I could finish it (cheeseburger and fries). For the expensive price, it’s a severe disappointment. I would have been better off at a Burger King."

"I love this store so much. Micah (not the bad guy from RDR2) is the lifeblood of this store and the only reason I literally drive an extra 30 minutes just to come to this specific Five and Below. She does not only deserve a raise but should also be promoted to Store Manager with a starting bonus. If I learn that she has NOT been at least given a raise, I will inform my 78,000 twitter followers to BOYCOTT Five and Below."

"My first time in this store was great. I found some pajama clothes for my fur kids for an amazing price. I have four fur kids and for this price it's amazing. I found out that I had to exchange four of their pajamas. So I went today 12/9/23 to exchange them hoping I wasn't going to have any problems with it. The manager Andrea directed me where to go. She even spoke to the cashier girl and said it was very simple just an even exchange. The process was non stressful because she interacted with my issue. That is why she told me "I gets paid the big bucks here". Haha. Thank you Andrea for my second great experience to ur Bell Rd location!"

"WORST Five Below location I have gone to. I have shopped at a lot of different locations and this one by far has the rudest workers. First, I walked in after work in my hospital scrubs looking for an item and felt as though the employees were watching my every move. Second, I ended up buying two items and there was only ONE register for the whole store and a worker standing right next to me checking every item out herself. Shouldn’t even be called a self-check out at that point. She clearly saw that I didn’t have anything else in my hands after my purchase. Third, as I was leaving, another employee literally ran outside and demanded me to put my arms up as if she was a cop. I literally did not even steal anything and turned around and showed her it was my PHONE. Absolutely unbelievable treatment from this location making me feel like a shoplifter even though I paid for everything. I understand theft has been a big issue for many stores, but I will NEVER return to this location after the way I felt and was treated! Not acceptable and corporate shouldn’t have opened another location if they can’t keep up with the demands and proper training. I give it a year or so before it shuts down if this behavior from the workers continue."

"On vacation visiting with family and friends. Stopped off at the new store to get the kids their sugar fix. Beautiful, brand new, stocked well and the associates on the floor were very helpful and full of smiles. I felt as if I was at a high end retail store instead of 5 below. Check out was fast and efficient. So different than the ones back in Illinois. Looking forward to visiting again in the future."
