"I order a pick up mid morning for a slot 7pm to 8pm! I get there they never received my order. I had only 3 items. The association was supposed to get my order together however he was to busy attending to a customer that needed the restroom. After the cash register guy advise no restroom available. Waiting 15 minutes the guy finally goes to get my first item and not available, he tells the cash register guy he is going to look in back but was told if it’s not available then it’s not available. I was frustrated to hear those words and especially the actions where taken when clearly they messed up. It’s almost 9pm I ask the cash register guy how can I cancel the order because my debit card has a pending status hold on my account! I left the store feeling uncomfortable. I woke up and still have a pending on my credit card. Tried to call the store since they open and phone line is busy! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR"
"Semi organized, a few aisles were cluttered & unorganized. Small space but a lot of items. I went to find xmas decor i like to get ready in advance, no last minute shopping for me! Found some really cute items at great prices!"
