"Love the balloons and the variety they have, but the costumer service makes everything bad!! There was 2 teen girls and an older woman and they are the definition of a bad costumer service! They are supposed to be the ones helping you find what you’re looking for. A costumer asked her if they had any purple balloons and she responded, "did you saw any in the back? If not then we don’t”, she did even was nice about it, I feel like she made the costumer feel dumb. Then I was waiting in line, a loong line, and the teen girls were just talking about getting McDonald’s right in front of me and I was already waiting for 20 min to be helped! Really bad experience February 24, 2024"
"Was helped by Alyssa and she helped me with ease and made me feel comfortable. I was rushed needing to get balloons and couldn’t find the exact one so Alyssa stepped in and made my day. Thanks Alyssa. Good to get help and nice to see young people doing their part to help customers"
"Surprisingly, the store wasn't that busy. I thought it was going to be packed, especially being so close to Halloween. The store was clean and organized. I was able to get a costume for my daughter. However, the kids' selection was scarce. Don't get me wrong, they have a lot of costumes, but not any that my daughter liked. They also had more for toddlers that they did for 8+y/o. The customer service at the register was okay, just basic, but that's fine. We will definitely be back for party needs next time around as we had browsed the store after we found a costume. The costume prices are pretty pricy for some of them, but they also have some on clearance! Party supplies were decently priced!"
