"Let me start by saying that the customer service here is phenomenal. They're generally very welcoming and helpful. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of how much the quality in clothing has gone downhill in the last few years, especially with their pants. They are the same price, but cheap, thin quality fabric that shows EVERYTHING. These pants do not hold you in like they used to, nor will they last very long with constant wear. This makes me really sad and less likely to shop here moving forward."

"I’m writing this in my car as I have just left this store (after spending a total of $80). I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this store, and absolutely love coming in. I live in Phoenix, so coming out is always a treat for myself. This particular time was not so pleasant, unfortunately. Although the girl at the check out counter was LOVELY and GRACIOUS, the other woman working, assuming she was a manager, was extremely rude to me. She followed me around the store, trying to look into my bag (a teeny tiny backpack, yes I understand its sketchy having a backpack in a store but cmon I cant even fit a water bottle in this bag). I have worked in retail for 7+ years, and know EXACTLY what shes doing. I even gave my stuff I was holding to the girl up front to hold for me while I continued shopping. I asked the woman who was presumably the manager a question about the fit of a pair of pants, and she was extremely short and rude while answering. Whatever, maybe she was having a bad day, I get it. When I went to pay however, I had my bag open on the counter as I grabbed my wallet to pay. This woman came around the corner and blatantly looked into my bag before condescendingly saying “Cute bag”, and walking away. Mind you this woman was following me around the store the WHOLE time I was in there…. And again… I just spent $80 in this store. I usually love this girls who work here as they are ALWAYS SO KIND! I hope this was a one off thing, and she was just not having a great day. I get it, for sure, but it definitely felt a bit pointed considering I am covered in tattoos, and so was the friend I was with (whom she was not following around the store). I totally understand shoplifting it getting crazy lately, but I took specific actions to show that I was not stealing. The following wasn’t was fully bugged me. It was how rude she was when I was nothing but nice to her, smiling and trying to ask her questions, while being met with icy and rude responses. I hope she reads this and understands how unprofessional it was of her to speak to me the way she did. Again, this is a great store with great products, but that woman was not very kind to me."

"This place has a good feel inside! I love "looking" around. To me, they're overpriced. This is my wishlist store. Great Location! I've made multiple small purchases here, while taking out of towners to the nearby tourist shops. Earthbound has a discount section in the rear. Best find was a $1 bin of stones. Customer service has always been stellar. Just an overall diamond in the ruff for the old town Scottsdale tourist strip. I intend to have more family visits coming. Earthbound do me a solid & stay put. You are my safe place. Rant: After being starred at by employees and/or owners at neighboring shops/stores, Earthbound's a great place to re-center yourself. Pros: Eclectic Universal items Good Energy! Responsibly made clothes/ material. Cool finds/Gifts/Accessories. Incense, Art Decor and more.. Cons: Overpriced (sorry) Small"

"Chic little shop with a huge selection of, for lack of a better term, hippie stuff. Candles, clothing, jewelry, knick knacks, they have it all. Staff was all quite helpful, and all the pricing was reasonable."
