Took my fiance in there to buy him shoes for his birthday and was completely ignored ~ 2 employees were there ~ 1 on his phone ~ 1 focused on merchandising ~ We were the only customers ~ I had to ask 3 times for help ~ We had never been in the store and these shoes were new to my fiance. Really took away from the joy of the occasion."
