"Yet again, Taylor is the rockstar. I had a somewhat complicated return and she made the process very easy. She helped me decipher the Bonobos materials and size arrays to find the perfect shirts. I will say that this company is truly about customer satisfaction as I had a return where I accidentally damaged the item and they did a full exchange. Another company that I had the same situation cited their return policy and would not do any exchanges, which was expected. The difference is Bonobos went above and beyond as they could have easily said no as well. They thus have made a loyal customer."
"I worked with Taylor at this location, and she was amazing! She helped get me fit, was so patient and informative, helped size me up perfectly and listened to my needs/interests! Apparently she has worked with my mom and possibly other family members too, as she was so observant and recalled my last name, referenced my family and they all had very positive experiences with her too. So all-in-all a great experience at this location and with the representative I worked with. To then getting the clothes that I ordered. I needed to upgrade my wardrobe big time, and got some new nice shorts, some polos, etc. I love them all! They are all so comfortable!"
