"I would usually give a 5 star review but I recently had an issue with Zia... 1st off I worked at the speedway location for 6 1/2- 7yrs. The experience was awesome, worked with really cool people and met cool customers (for the most part) anyways I had a Blu-ray transferred from a different store (probably from Phoenix) and the website had it priced at $6.99 used. When my Blu-ray arrived at the speedway store it was priced at $9.99 used, I asked the clerk to price check it and told him it was $6.99 on the website (even showed it to him on my phone) he made some excuse about it being "their price" so I'm thinking "dude it's YOUR website! Why is this a problem?" Anyways I didn't want to argue with the dude, so I bought it at $9.99. Don't know if he's a new worker there but management REALLY needs to fill this guy in. Like I said I worked there for a significant amount of time and when I was there we ALWAYS honored prices that were dropped but not marked on the price tags. The problem is when the price drops it's not marked with the dropped price, it just stays at the price when it's originally tagged at. Y'all need to get on top of this... Kinda makes you wonder how many times you bought an item that was dropped in price but wasn't marked as such."

"Great place to buy records. Very decent selection of new and used LPs. The prices of used records are very fair."

"I bought a vinyl record yesterday and I tried it at home and it was scratched. At least 4 of the songs kept skipping. I didn't see how many of the other songs were scratch because it was just irritating. I went into the store today to return it and they told me because I unwrapped it to see if it was even working it was used so they had to take $5 off the original price to give back. Not to mention that they didn't give me cash back they gave me store credit when I had the receipt and the original packaging. The person who "helped" me said he called his manager to help me and the manager never came. It is easier to just have a broken skipping record than to return it. Also don't expect to be satisfied with your purchase. They do not test to see if the records actually work before they put them out to sell and they come in used and they are selling them at full price like they are brand new."
