"Charged for price of double meat portion size compared to standard chipotle ordered at other locations. And when I asked for double meat I was given a strange look. The chips are definitely stale from the order as well. Definitely won’t be wasting time at this location again."
"Did not have any meat options available due to an "equipment issue" and would not discount a meatless burrito to compensate for a limited menu. We were on a road trip and didn't want to spend more time getting food, we walked out dissatisfied. Pathetic customer service for a multinational company with deep pockets. They should train their employees better in the CS realm, as this was a simple low cost opportunity to provide a solution and retain a customer. Alas, it just soured my opinion of them and moreso frustrated me with the local employees."
"Food tastes really good, but portions are small. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Line moves fairly quickly."
"I felt bad for the employees. They were working hard and there were not enough of them. As a result the entire restaurant was pretty gross. Food everywhere unwiped tables. Floors dirty. Bathroom not stocked. It felt gross to be there even though the food was decent. Again the employees were doing their best. No shade on them. But shade on management/owner who should Have come in to clean since they were understaffed."
