"Ridiculous, fix your closing times so I don’t spend 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru lane to pull up to the menu to order at 10:30 P.M. when the times listed say you close at 11:00 P.M. and get told that you are closed for the night. Terrible customer service."
"Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen, you can’t really go wrong. The ice cream is okay but the waits are insane. Genuinely never experienced such long waits for fast food in my life. I’m not one of those people who complains when it comes to service staff, but I have never gotten out of this drive thru in less than 15 minutes. I could be the only car and order one simple ice cream and it’ll take 15 minutes each time. Plus I’ve gotten misc things in my ice cream before."
"I am a die hard frozen hot chocolate girl and this location can not get it right.. last time there was almost no fudge so this time I asked for double fudge. Still almost no fudge. Also no whip cream and fudge drizzle on top. Also ordered a blizzard that was 3/4 inch from the top of the cup. The line here is always hideous which I will overlook for my fave treat but it's worth it to drive to a different location at this point."
"Honestly I’ve been here multiple times in the past few months and it’s been slow and sometimes my blizzards came out sticky or not completely frozen. But I’m giving a 5 star for effort. I can see they are trying to make improvements and they have improved in the last few visits. Well the blizzards have been consistent at least."
"Tanner who works in the drive thru is always so happy and smiling! He always makes sure to show us the blizzard is thick by tipping it upside down. He is a joy to see when we come for a blizzard"
