"Ordered a medium butterscotch sundae no nuts. Was charged 4.51. at the window, the person proceeded to hand me a butterscotch hard dipped cone. Told them nicely that we ordered a medium butterscotch Sundae. Then another person came to the window and asked "what exactly do you want" we kindly said medium butterscotch sundae. She said it's the same price. Well, not sure if it was retaliatipn but they hacked off the top of the hard shell cone placed it in a plastic cup dumped some liquid nasty tasting stuff to resemble the sundae topping. Took one bite nearly threw up. Gas station trash can. Health dept needs to investigate this place."
"Dairy Queen was never known for great ice cream so blizzards Peanut Parfaits etc are good because of what’s added to them … This location has the oddest ice cream , taste and looks like a very low quality Frozen Yogurt . I would avoid this place if having “ ice Cream”"

"This Dairy Queen is by far the worst I've been to. Terrible service, they always take forever even though most of the time it's empty. If you go here and ask for anything extra on your order, don't expect them to fulfill it. These employees do not care about the customer and do the bare minimum! The food is almost always lukewarm, like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. They never flip blizzards and the ice cream is never made correctly. I previously worked at the Hurricane location and would say it is the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to, pretty much a polar opposite of this one. The Hurricane Dairy Queen know what's up!"
"We went through the drive through on 9/16/23 in the evening. We hadn't been in awhile because the last time it wasn't that great. This time was great! The girl taking orders was very friendly & helpful. The blizzards were good! Thank you to your staff. We will be returning soon."
