"What a bummer. Long day, ordered JJ because we thought it would be nice rather than cooking. Made an online order, picked it up, and got home to find one of the sandwiches was literally only the bread with 2 slices of cheese. Who orders that? How is that mistake even possible? Nice kids working there, but man, that's disappointing. Didn't get the mayo packets either, but the sandwich ordeal is bizarre."

"I feel so bad giving 1 star.. I never do this, but I was very disappointed in my very very simple order tonight. I love this place and have never had any issues until now, I went to drive thru this evening, I was literally the only person there, they were not busy at all, I ordered a number 2, regular roast beef, which is my go to... I got it without lettuce but asked them to please not scoop out the bread I like the bread. Easy right? Just the one sub nothing else... I got home and went to eat it and the bread was scooped out, which I could've gotten past no problem, but my cheese was missing, there was literally only one long, thin piece of meat on it, and the tomatoes were so small they made me laugh, quarter sized, and I got 3 of them! 1 piece of meat, almost no bread, $8? It was a very very sad looking sub and with virtually no meat, no cheese and the lacking of veggies it was like eating a slightly roast beef flavored sub with mostly mayo and nothing else. Sad day!"

"Can I give them 4.9 stars? They’re a regular in my restaurant ventures. I use the drive through and I’m eating in less than 5 minutes from the time they take my order. I’ve been many times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, always give plenty of napkins, and have always been incredibly fast and friendly. I do wish their bread was a little less cooked. Sometimes it comes out a tad brown on the top for some reason."

"I see that I am not the only one that has noticed this, by the recent reviews. It used to be that Jimmy Johns was one of the few fast food places that actually confirmed the order when it was ordered, when you drove up to the window to pay, they would confirm it again, as they were taking payment, and when they gave you the completed order, they confirmed it again, as well as if the order was paid in cash, they actually confirmed the order amount and counted back the change properly. This is VERY rare, and apparently is not going on anymore here. I ordered last night at the drive up, giving the # of sandwich and the name of the sandwich. When I drove up to the window, nothing had been confirmed, and I asked myself if I gave the correct sandwich, and it wasn't what I thought I had ordered, which I am not perfect either. I could have given the wrong sandwich. Fortunately I asked, and they made sure the sandwich was what I ordered, which it was. From a business standpoint, and a team communication and satisfaction perspective, this should be basic expected communication when you place an order anywhere. Thanks for making the sandwich correctly, and I hope you return to the fantastic service you used to provide consistently. I imagine this type of communication would reduce almost all errors and be a benefit to you, as well. Thank you!"

"I placed an order for dinner, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order. But, here's where Jimmy John's truly shone - they stepped up and corrected the mistake promptly, saving the day! The person on the phone and delivery driver were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's moments like these that make me a loyal Jimmy John's customer.
