"I have ordered so many sandwiches from Jimmy John's. I always ask that it gets cut in half. MY SANDWICH IS NEVER CUT IN HALF WHEN I GET IT! This was the straw that broke the camel's back. "My first time eating here and they forget part of my order. I'm at a dealership getting service and unable to return. A really bad first time experience. I ordered the chicken sandwich, after seeing it on a poster and was not disappointed. Fresh, fast and delicious. If you order from here check your order for completion. "I feel like once you've been to one Jimmy John's, they're all pretty much the same so the stars are more based on the service I get here. This one is near where we live so we've been here often and the people have always been pleasant to deal with. On a few occasions they've messed up small things like missing chips or items like that, but I can't recall a sandwich being messed up. I have dietary restrictions so most of the time I get an unwich and the lettuce that the meat is wrapped in is always crisp. The only thing I would mention is during a lunch time or dinner time rush. The line can back up out to the street which is a little dangerous."
