"The store has a decent selection as far as arts and crafts and sometimes the prices are ok. Pending on what you buy and if theres anysales going on. Most things are over priced tho. My biggest issue is being followed around the store like I'm filling my pockets with whatever I can grab. It was very offensive to have this happen. I don't think I'll be shopping here again because of one employee making me feel unwelcome at this store"
"Always clean and organized. I use the app, and there is always some sort of deal or voucher going on, so I don't think I've ever paid full price. I love that there's both self-checkout and employee checkout options available. My only complaint is that they can be a bit inconsistent with items they have in stock, so I end up starting a knitting project and then they stop stocking that particular yarn for a while."
"I received a 25% off coupon on my computer which I printed out but they wouldn't honor it because there was no bar code. I need to know how to get these with barcode on my phone. It used to be so easy to redeem coupons at Michaels. Now it seems impossible."
