"My husband has been coming to you for years trying to keep our old unit going. Now that we finally replaced it, he came to you for our new unit. Eddie was on the phone with my husband last night helping him troubleshoot an error with installation. We did that ourselves but without the kindness, care and concern of Eddie, it would have been a much more difficult project. You just don't see customer service and care like this anymore. "Was referred to call Eddie at his store from a friend of mine. Explained what was going on with my Ac and brought my blower motor to him. Yes, it was fried. He explained everything in VERY detailed important info for my installation. My experience with this company went above and beyond my expectations!!! P.s. This review is my first ever!
