"Horrible experience. First I had ordered the wrong sofa because I wanted one with a left chaise not a right chaise and when I went in the guy gave me a bunch of attitude I decided to leave the order and have it delivered. The day of the delivery the guy calls and confirms delivery times ect and I tell him yes and confirm everything well my phone dies at the end. When it turned on I called twice and emailed and no one picked up and no one replied to my email. I finally got a hold of the guy which I think his name was Lorenzo and he was so rude on the phone saying the apartment number was wrong and that it was a vacant apartment and that they had been blowing up my phone about delivery which wasn’t true I didn’t receive a call or anything from them. And yes the apartment was vacant lol I was moving in. He then tried to argue with me saying the apartment was being painted and whatever, but I had previously told him that people had broken in when I was originally got the keys for my apartment so I had gotten new floors that day and paint. I had been moving things that day and I was there at the apartment but in the car collecting things to bring up so a nice call would’ve been nice. Anyways I don’t recommend. They do the bare minimum and then are so rude. I now don’t have a couch and I’m out on my money."

"My Mom and I walked in, no prior contact, and the staff there was very friendly. We went in to get a portable Air conditioner so we wouldn't regret the upcoming summer. Lorenzo was very patient, answered all my questions and concerns, and even explained the rental agreement to my satisfaction. My Mom and I are absolutely enjoying the portable Air conditioner, and look forward to possibly more rentals when our finances allow."
