"Updating review: they have come out and resolved the issues listed below. As always, the people/crew that came out to do the job are really good people. They are polite, talented and care about the job they are doing. I will update if the issue is ever resolved but we had the fireplace installed last summer and have not been able to use it. When installed they did not clean off the components so there has been chemical residue burning off into my house. I have a newborn and cannot run it due to health risks. We finally had a chance to let it run for a bit and, guess, what, the fireplace glass shattered. Not only is the fireplace unusable since install, they have been slow to respond. I will update if they resolve but, so far, I have been very disappointed in their service."
