"I spent over 150k on my home theater, agreeing on a calibration price and paying the deposit. Unexpectedly, they raised the calibration cost and refuse to refund my deposit. Additionally, I paid for their best camera system with night vision, and you can’t event see clear at night and their solution was to add external lighting, defeating the purpose of night vision. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable."
"I had a terrible experience with this company! It took them six tries to complete the $60,000 home theatre, mainly because they repeatedly tried to install the wrong product and lacked attention to detail. To make matters worse, the projector they provided is now broken, and they refuse to honor the warranty. Avoid at all costs!"
"Jeremy is the absolute best home theater installer I’ve ever met. He calibrated my home theater using Dirac and easily showed me how to use my new system. My sound went from dreadful to mind-blowing. My bass used to just rumble and shake all my cabinets. Now I get a punchy great home theater experience with the same sub. My speakers sound clear and I can hear the dialogue track like never before. I can’t say enough. Jeremy is the absolute best at what he does and he knows his stuff."
"I wanted a TV that looked nothing like a TV. Starpower delivered. They installed an absolutely stunning 75" Samsung Frame TV with all the hardware hidden in the wall. They completed the look by adding four in ceiling speakers and an amp that also hides behind the wall. This makes my living room look like an art studio when not watching TV. Guests have literally thought we had real artwork on the wall and were surprised to learn it was a TV. They did all this by coming to my home to prepare a custom solution at no additional cost. They charged fair rates for installation and setup. Their prices for the equipment were the same as I could find online or big box stores, so purchasing from them was easy. Would highly recommend."
