"The technician did an awesome job. It took him approximately 30 minutes to assess the job, provide an estimate and change out the ball valve. However $659 is ridiculous . (less a $50 coupon the tech. threw in) thats $1210 an hour, less the cost of a $25 valve. I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor and service call and was told there’s no breakdown, just a total. Will never use parker & sons again nor will I recommend them."

"We had Cody Tracy come to our house at 8:00 on a Saturday night when our water heater started leaking. He was very Knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the water heater and some of the preventative measures I can take to get the most out of my new one. The price was fair, and he left me his personal extension so if I ever had questions I could call and ask. Though no one enjoys paying for a new water heater, I can say that I feel confident in the workmanship and knowledge that Cody and Parker & sons brought to my home."

"Gary was incredible! I made an appointment online at 9pm on a Tuesday night for 10am-2pm the next day. Gary called me at 9:50am Wednesday morning to confirm my issue and then drive straight to me. He was here before 10am and immediately got to work. He confirmed right away what the issue was and fixed it. He cleaned my system and then tested everything inside and out to make sure it was working properly. He even answered some of my questions about my AC multiple zones and air filters. Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using Parker & Sons for annual maintenance and for any other issues that pop up."

"Called and spoke with Dean. VERY HELPFUL.what a gem.. got me hooked up for a new water heater the same day I called... Oh yeah, on Sunday... No extra charge... I joined the family and was then connected to Jake who called me right away to let me know he was on his way... replaced my water heater and asked me if I had any other questions and made sure we were all taken care of before he left... What a great experience with my new "family" for what could have been a bad homeowner day! Yikes... So very lucky to have a great company to be able to call. I thought Parker and Sons was a great big company that wouldn't make me feel special and try to upsell me on everything.. I was wrong. I will always recommend... unless they change their commitment to service. I was dealing with water extraction as well... So it was nice to have the work being done when my attention was elsewhere at times. Thank YOU."

"I've had Parker & Sons out twice now and would highly recommend them. They came out to install a new whole home water filter, water softener, and an RO system. The two guys that came out were awesome. They were professional, they knew what they were doing, they were quick, and best of all is they cleaned up after themselves. The Brandon's deserve big kudos!"
