"This company was assigned by a warranty company and we waited over a week and half for the appointment, then it was scheduled from 8AM-4PM so wasted the total day. When they finally showed up they called my phone, I made the mistake of trying to use the restroom, they called back immediately so that they could say they tried twice then they left - They could not even wait 5 minutes to reach me. When I tried to call them I received a hostile and foul response from the company. I would not use this company unless you have all day to wait and like to be verbally be abused"
