"I'm super sad to be writing this review. Yesterday I walked into the Kierland location Vuori store to exchange a pair of pants that were gifted to my boyfriend for Christmas. I had the receipt, tags still on & was expecting a very seemly experience as I just needed a size Medium instead of Small, a very simple even exchange. Boy was I so wrong, the blonde customer service rep at the cash register (everyone should be wearing a name tag) advised since the buyer got a 20% off discount on her entire order as it was her first time shopping at Vuori so we would need to pay the 20% she received off her $500 order. I kindly told her I wasn't going to pay anything for an even exchange, tags were still on & I had the receipt. She got extremely loud with me making other people in the store uncomfortable including co workers standing by. I tried de escalating the situation several times by telling her it had nothing to do with her but the return policy & she should pass the information along to the management team. She continued to get loud with me & said she was trying to help. The only way I got my exchange was signing up as a new customer & using my 20% off I could have used for future purchases to offset the price. When 1 pair of pants is $100+ check the return policy & know where you're shopping, LuluLemon will forever have my business over this company due to the lack of customer service but also the return policy/trust in the products to offer a good return policy."

"Store was impeccable, service was excellent… attentive, professional and friendly. The line of athleisure and active wear is stunning and comprehensive. This is a one stop shop. It has even some great accessories and everyday items like mugs, water bottles, pouches and bags. The fitting rooms were large and the space was very inviting! Bought a few items which I LOVE! The quality is hard to beat."
