"I bought a laptop here quite a while back a Hewlett-Packard. I really enjoyed the service and love the store.They've got so many things in there to look at.I just go to get mesmerized,walk around and look at things that I had never seen before.I find out what they do what they're for I find it a very enjoyable place to walk around and look at so many different things. I'm 71 years old,there's a lot of things that have been made in my life but it seems these days there's something new each year that I've never even heard about. I'm not that age where you know about all the things and all the different programs for computers and what have you.My experience with the staff at this location,has always been great.Staff is very helpful, even though , I am a novice at most things , that I look at. I do find new things to purchase,that I didn't even know existed before I went into the store. In some ways it reminds me of Fry's electronics when we used to have one in South Phoenix and one at North Phoenix . It had an atmosphere , there's so much to look at ."

"Came 2 times to this store to purchase a tv. And could not get anyone to help me for about 40 mins . The 1st occasion an associate by the name of Devon who literally rushed me out the store and was rude given they were near closing time but that’s not cool to treat someone like you’re inconveniencing them for doing their job is wild. The second time still a long wait and had to go up to the register which they finally called someone to help. Decided to go ahead and purchase a tv that was discounted because it was a “open box” tv but come to find out there was no box lol and here’s the best part they labeled the tv as “excellent condition” yet no box no owners Manuel. They literally put the remote in a cheap zip lock bag along with the power cord that’s it. As they poorly started to bubbled wrapped it for me I notice scratches on the top of the tv and along the side. I then asked for the manger again (Drew was his name I believe) which I was told “he already talked to you and he said no”. I asked doesn't he want to at least come take a look at the scratches and they gave me the same answer. Which I’m shocked as this is an expensive purchase that was rated “excellent” condition and felt like I was buying the tv from a Craigslist or offer up ad. I chose to come Best Buy because I wanted the best and now I’m starting to feel different."

"Disappointed in the customer service. Went in to buy a new fire stick and video game. Got the fire stick I wanted. Advertised for 49.99 couldn’t find any games as they were not located anywhere near the system they pertain for. Got to the counter and was advised my total was 70.00. I’m like why ? The manager came out and asked me to show him where I got the fire stick. I showed him and the price shown was $49.99 like I stated. He said these are miss marked. There was about 20 in the shelf marked at this price and could not honor the price. Left empty handed. Had I made a mistake and grabbed the wrong item I would understand but you are pricing items at one price then at check out it’s a new story. No thank you."

"This is a standard Best Buy location. It is very consistent with other corporate locations. The store is kept clean and always seems to be well staffed. There is plenty of free parking out on the street and it's in an area with a lot of other stores that you can drive up and park and walk right in the entrance."

"I had the best experience buying some electronics yesterday. The employee’s name was Ibrahim. I’m definitely not computer savvy and I explained what I thought I wanted. He was very patient with me and we enjoyed a laugh or two. He was such a friendly, polite, and knowledgeable young man. I commend his parents on raising a respectable child. My experience at this Best Buy was over the top. Thanks Ibrahim.."
