"Any company who doesn't stand behind their products and refuses to give you a refund, should be a HUGE red flag! I bought a few things for my daughter, as a gift, the sizes are so insane, there are none! I asked the sales gal some questions about the sizes because one of the sweaters I bought said small/medium. I asked if it came in medium/large or large/XL because the small medium I was unsure. She was soooooo unhelpful and said, "I don't know, just look in the pile" No other offer to help with anything. These girls were to busy talking and on their phones! I decided to get the sweater, of course it didn't fit her, it was too short and so poorly made the one I bought I didn't notice the seam was off. Took it back, asked again for another size..."I have no idea, you would have to look". I said you all are so unhelpful, I just want a refund, "there are no refunds, exchange or store credit ONLY" These girls are SOOOOO rude and obnoxious. Like you chose to work here, I didn't force you to work here. HORRIBLE experience and now I am stuck with a store credit that I probably will never use."

"I wish I could give it 2 but I can’t. My first time there was good but I didn’t try anything on, so I thought my second time would be nice, as I loved the place and I went back with my friend and we wanted to try on clothes. After standing and waiting for them to notice us as they were talking and not bothering to acknowledge us, we just decided to walk to the dressing rooms that were open because we were not being noticed, the workers stopped us and very rudely took our items and said with a rude tone “you can’t have those,” if they were nice with it, I would have understood but because of the way they grabbed our items and spoke rudely, I felt like I didn’t belong there and that I was being treated as if I couldn’t afford it or wasn’t welcome. One of the workers stared at me and looked at me with a disgusted face multiple times. They didn’t even give us back the items they took and I had to grab them again. Overall terrible experience and the workers are so rude and honestly snobby. Me and my friend had a very bad time and I think I’m either gonna stick to online shopping or just never returning to this store because of the treatment I was given by complete strangers. I’m a paying customer not a thief and I don’t want to be treated like one. To sum it up, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here because of the rude staff and I’ve read many other reviews of people saying the staff is rude. They need to be kinder because the customers are paying and by being rude it made me not buy three items that could have made the store hundreds of dollars. And also this was my friends first time there and I am very displeased with the way she was treated and she has expressed she is NOT going back and her discomfort of shopping there. Honestly and overall, kindness matters and do better Brandy. I’m very disappointed as you’ve lost 2 customers today."

"If I could give it zero stars I would, I truly believe I had the worst experience as a customer than I have had anywhere else. After looking around for some time I decided to try on the clothes I was interested in. After waiting outside the dressing room for 2 minutes I noticed an empty dressing room and assumed since no one was helping me I was able to go. As soon as I walked in one of the workers grabbed the shirts I was interested in and told me I couldn’t try them on’ considering I work in customer service I was able to understand the rules, however I believe it could’ve been handled more professionally. After entering the dressing room I over heard the workers continuing to gossip about me claiming that I looked “like the type to shoplift” once overhearing them I felt so discomforted that I decided to leave and only buy one of the options. Once walking up to the register the cashier looked at me and decided to turn her back towards me. I decided to look at the jewelery while I waited thinking she was busy. After choosing a necklace I liked I walked back over there and the cashier said “are you ready yet?” I handed her my items, paid, and walked out. Unfortunately this experience caused me to no longer want to shop there. If you are reading this, I recommend the pacsun instead. The workers there were a lot nicer to me."

"the staff is usually nice, but when i went today i went w my sister and friend. my friend was in the changing room and my sister was at the register w me while i was checking out, but my friend was carrying my gift card in her wallet. i told the worker that my friend had it and she seemed nice and told me that ofc it was ok and she was gonna wait. while i went to the line to grab it, my sister stayed at the register and while i wasn’t there the worker named taylor was talking bad about me to the worker at the other register. she said i was annoying and how i was “taking forever” while it was around a minute or 2. keep in mind nobody else was in line either"

"Went to purchase a few items for my daughter for Christmas, as well as a gift card. The store was clean, well organized, and all the clothes were neatly folded. I needed help a couple of times, and the workers were kind and had no problem answering my questions, or showing me where an item was located. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience."
