"It’s worthy to drop by if you’re looking for appliances!! It’s true,all the computer and related items are locked in cages… but it’s not different from other many other computer stores… Look closely at what you are buying, as items are sold “As is”… such as parts missing or standard equipment not included!! Additionally, take several pictures and document your purchased items very well as it’s very likely that appliances may have additional dents and other defects upon delivery. Keep in mind that once your purchased items are delivered, if NOT satisfied with your dented or damaged product, they will offer to pick up and refund your money BUT not the paid delivery fees ($100 presently) . Also, they may offer to replace with similar product… but you will be charged delivery fee again. In my case, as occurred with my fridge, l was offered merely $65 to settle for the dents found when delivery took place. Their justification by EDWIN (some sort of manager)was that they don’t cover for damages on “open box “ items. In short, BUY AT YOUR OWN RiSk!!! In my opinion, they will not try to help much over the phone, if you call to their customer service in Spanish… very disappointed with my purchase experience at this location!!!"

"We purchased a Samsung Q 60 C 65 inch TV from Best Buy outlet near PV Mall. There is no particular sales person that was helping us which I guess you would expect in an outlet. They have a huge selection of TVs all it really great prices. The one we ended up purchasing was an $800 TV we got it for $525. How awesome! The TV wouldn’t fit in our car to take it home that day so we had to come back the next day to pick it up. I was a little leery because I wasn’t sure if they were organized enough to keep track of our TV. But when we showed up the next day retrieving the TV was hassle free and they got it loaded up in the truck quick and efficiently. I highly recommend this location for any appliance or electronics needs as the prices are beyond great."

"Me and my bf went to this location to buy an ASUS vivobook laptop "open boxed"(really in a brown generic cardboard box with handle) which i thought was a bargain for such a nice laptop. Only negative is waiting on someone with the cage-unlock key to open the locker up and grab the laptop for you because of organized retail theft animals. I think the keys to unlock the cages should be carried on everyone who works there, as well as better communication between employees so we won't wait as long, as well as employee call buttons for immediate assistance like target has. I understand if they were going through some issues if they just reopened as an outlet as I remember this place being a full best buy store years ago."

She went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and made it easy for me to pick up my item! Thank you. Original Post: They sold me an item already “sold” to someone else, do not trust this store on keeping your item. Photo clearly shows that the item was bought and intended for pick up by me. They ignored my email and canceled my order regardless. This is unacceptable I drove an hour and bought it in person but could not take home same day so I asked to hold it, and they sell it to someone else with no proof of transaction proving that it was bought before I."
