Super 99 Cent Center 5820 South 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040

"I wouldn't recommend this super 99 cent store. "She" the owner discriminates and accuses people of things they hadn't done, and does it with no proof of her words. I got accused of stealing out of this super 99 cent store, NO!! I did not steal out of this businesses store, EVER!! Then, when I asked them to play the video back of me stealing, they refused to do so. At this store, everyone knows they put your picture on the front door so people can see who has theft out of their store, just in case. You won't see my picture up there because I never stole 1 peice of merchandise out of this store. The last time I tried to go in there in 3 going on 4 years, the lady again, discriminated and disrespected me for the last time. She was filming me with her iPhone and calling me stupid in front of customers and her employees. Even the me employees were confused. She then rang all my stuff up, made me pay for it then held onto my bag and told me to get out, that I am not welcome there. Super embarrassing and super upset. So personal opinion, this is an F grade business. Not because of they store itself but because of the people or owners whom run the store!! Caution, discrimination happens in that business place."

"Super 99 Cent Store is one of the best dollar stores around if anybody's been there they know that it's the best dollar store around if you'd have been too many other ones it's nothing like this one it's off of 16th Street and Southern on the west side next to Circle K Super 99 cent store again they got a lot of things that you would need for good prices low prices again the best 99 cent store around maybe even the whole area of South Phoenix I recommend it I don't bought many things there and I've always found stuff for the right price and they are argued and always left a happy customer and you will too look it up super 99 cent store off of 16th Street and Southern you'll like it or I recommend it thank you for your time if you have questions let me know"

"Don't go there if you have a Service Dog they ask for id tags that are not real, or legal. Not worth the grief, rude, aggressive, employees that refuse to listen. They don't know the laws pertaining to service dogs. Went in for a quick thing and they yelled at me that I wasn't allowed because I had a dog I said he was service dog, they said I needed to show id I told him, those were fake and tired to educate nicely so they could also learn their rights. They Refused to listen when I attempted to educate, the male employee became super loud and aggressive and having PTSD I decide it wasn't worth my mental health to argue with people who refused to be educated."

"Had a great variety of things, I think they need a better checkout process. Also I think they should not have to have everything good inside of the glass already has to wait for a person to come get out for you versus being able to shop on your own comfortably."
