"Not crowded just a few people there and the employees were very Nice and they knew where everything is and which aisles when you asked them."

"This location is always closing earlier than what the sign on the door says. My husband and I have been there 3 times and it's been closed 20 minutes before 10pm. Last Sunday my husband asked why they were closed and the lady at the door said they close early on Sundays when he asked what time do you "close" they lady didn't know what to say, and just blurted out 9:40. They also pick and choose who they let in after they have closed the doors early, I personally witnessed it! The management has definitely changed! Items are also ringing up incorrectly, with nothing being done. The young lady at the register was taking personal calls/texting as shes ringing people up! Customer service is not their priority!!"

"I have no idea how this store can have a 4.1 rating, shelves are never stocked, employees as well as supervisors gossip about customers, .I personally hate this store , everyone that works here needs serious training in customer service and this falls on your supervisors, they allow they're employees to act unprofessional were they should know better, You need people that has your best interest at heart that represents your store with your goals and professional conduct that I am sure you trusted these supervisors to implement and make the right decision keeping your store in mind when pushing forward to make the store a great place to shop, but your supervisors lack the skills and the knowledge of how to run a professional store,, you have employees facing products leaving their cart in the middle of the aisle while she runs off with your supervisor to gossip,, comes back to her cart, she doesn't bother moving the cart totally rude, frankly this store doesn't have anything special that I can't get at any other store, few days ago I spent like 60 bucks and the clerk failed to give me all my bags, my hands were full your pervisor was standing outside with a family member who was putting water or checking his engine. You think she bothered to ask if I needed help? Do you think the clerk same gal working tonight , you think she would of alerted me letting me know I left items . Well I had to eat that purchase because I threw the receipt away ..your store is just pathetic. I will go that extra few miles to a better store that is ran professionL than wasting money at this ghetto ran store ..its not worth it .."

"Was approached by an employee and told that get manager called her and said that she saw me via their cameras and was taken at talking me that I'm not allowed back on this store, mind you, this was MY FIRST TIME IN THIS STORE, EVER!! What a terrible manager!? I understand identity but to tell a customer to leave and give no reason at all is just bad business. Dollar Tree has same products for less anyways."
