"The two stars are for the few nice employees who work here, but I’ve been in a few times and only once have they taken stuff. It’s inconvenient already to wait awhile and then for nothing? But I understand that a little at least. The part that’s the most annoying is as I was walking around, I noticed (TWICE, two different times selling clothes) that the person looking through them barely looked at them. They didn’t even unfold half of them to know the nice brands or condition they were in. They were so busy talking. Some people can talk and work and that’s cool, but if it takes twice the time and you aren’t even looking at the clothes?? Like people come in here because they’re broke! Or need money! At least look at the clothes…."
"I have never had to deal with such rude employees before. I understand that retail is difficult and stressful, and I applaud the few employees who were kind and helpful. But oh my god, the majority of the time, the employees were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, the place was a mess- clothes on the floor and security tags in the changing room. The entire time, I felt judged and ignored. It’s a very unique store with a bad environment. I recommend going else where to shop and sell clothes."
"It was my first time coming here to shop and sell/exchange my clothing items. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the process was so easy and convenient! They gave me a good amount of cash for my items, and I ended up trying on and purchasing some clothes that I saw on the sales floor! The store is very neat, organized, and stocked with cute items and brands at a really good price! I got a pair of John Galt low-rise cargo pants that were newer with tags for only $12.00!!! It was super easy to pin point and find stuff. I used to work at one of these places in my college town, so I had an idea of what they wanted/were looking for. I loved it here and will be coming back very soon!!! "

"Love the store, the workers really suck. Gosh they were rude to my kid, as if she was asking for changing room. 1 dress she found for 8th dance coming up. Don't and won't be spending any money at this location."
