"First-time shopper to Five Below, I purchased a smaller throw rug. Unfortunately, it started coming undone. I didn't expect much because I paid very little but still thought I would take it back, not realizing that I had no receipt and the manager Tia was very nice to swap it out for another one that was a different material. "I tried to call this location 3x and the employees there will NOT answer the phone. I left there less than 10 minutes ago and two people were standing at the front towards the checkouts and it would seem they are choosing to not pick up the phone. I was trying to talk to a manager regarding the experience I just had at this location. An employee approached me while I was checking out and took the item I scanned out of my bag and checked to make sure I scanned it. They were trying to play it off that their manager wanted them to interact with customers but they didn’t do it very well. I was not stealing and I paid for every item I had in my hands. I even asked if they thought I was stealing and they said no awkwardly. Thanks for profiling."
